Heythrop College - University Of London
Introduction
For over 400 years, Heythrop College has specialised in the study of Philosophy and Theology. Here, these subjects are not merely departments within a larger institution; the whole College is devoted to their study. Our students have access to one of the finest libraries in its field and are taught by one of the largest teaching staff in these areas. We are a unique community of scholars, passionate about discussing and exploring Philosophy and Theology in the context of the modern world and the diverse city of London.
Heythrop is also a part of the larger community of the University of London. As a member college, we benefit from the University of London's high international reputation which attracts students from all over the world. Wherever your studies take you, the University of London's name will be immediately recognised and respected.
Most of our students state though that it is Heythrop's smaller, close-knit community of around 1,000 students and staff, as the main attraction for studying here. We offer a really personal approach to study and ensure that all of our students are supported in their academic, social and career pursuits through our on-campus facilities and services and our ties with the University of London and other member colleges.
