For more than 100 years, Baylor educators have carried the School of Education's mission and practices to classrooms and beyond as teachers, superintendents, psychologists, health education professionals, academics/scholars, and more. With more than 50 full-time faculty members, the school's growing research portfolio complements its long-standing commitment to teaching and student mentoring excellence.

The school boasts an array of excellent academic offerings in three academic departments: Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, and Educational Psychology.

Baylor's undergraduate program in teacher education, enrolling approximately 400 students, has earned the School of Education national distinction for its innovative partnerships with local schools that provide future teachers deep clinical preparation. A growing number of graduate programs allow students to pursue advanced study and professional preparation in Master's, Ed.S., Ed.D., and Ph.D. programs.

Through exciting new academic initiatives both at home and abroad, the school has entered into a period of significant expansion and deepened impact by producing meaningful, high-quality research and the preparation of outstanding leaders, teachers, and clinicians.
