The career constitutes a training space that prepares highly qualified professionals to intervene and/or advise effectively in the collective bargaining processes of work considering the current dynamics of labor relations. The master's degree provides up-to-date knowledge of the field of collective labor relations and collective bargaining, considering the constant evolution and development of this field, with the aim of deepening and broadening the skills necessary to perform with solvency and efficiency.

MASTER'S DEGREE IN COLLECTIVE LABOR BARGAINING

The UMSA Master's Degree in Community Psychology, interdisciplinary and intersectoral, is oriented so that professionals can carry out psychosocial interventions in the field of health, education, and community development. The training is oriented to the development of knowledge and capacities for the design of community interventions, planning, management, and evaluation of programs in the field of public policies and in civil society organizations, from the perspective of the community psychology paradigm.
