Introduction
The MS in Strategic Design for Global Leadership provides global executives and entrepreneurs the tools they need to transform their industries while continuing to work at their jobs.
Combining design thinking and management and leadership approaches, the program responds to the need for global businesses to address complex global, economic, environmental, and social challenges. Through a mix of virtual learning and week- and weekend-long intensives at Parsons’ hubs in New York and Paris, and design capitals in Asia, graduates emerge as transformational leaders who are ready to employ design as a key business and problem-solving tool.

Curriculum Requirements
The 36-credit MS program has an innovative curricular matrix that combines business, management, and leadership coursework with design-centered studio work. The studio courses are two one-week-long studios in which students integrate what they have learned in the seminars to develop new business models and organizational designs for real-world business scenarios.
Students are required to complete 6 courses each worth 3 credits, 2 studios worth 6 credits each, and an independent study for 6 credits.
