Introduction

The College of Higher Studies in Administration (CESA) is an institution of higher education with an academic, monodisciplinary nature, with administrative, financial, and academic autonomy. Four pillars –innovation, entrepreneurship, ethics, and leadership– are CESA's chart of navigation.

Listed as one of the best business schools in the country, the institution has received various accreditations and distinctions from national and international entities. To the recently granted renewal of the High-Quality Accreditation of its undergraduate program, other recognitions are added that highlight its active and pioneering role in the academic ecosystem: High-Quality Institutional Accreditation granted by the Ministry of National Education, the membership of AACSB Business Education Alliance, the EDAF Development recognition, (for the commitment to quality and continuous improvement of the institution) and the Changemaker Campus certification, Ashoka, as a training center for change agents.

The current rector is Henry Bradford Sicard, who studied business administration at CESA. He also has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, where he is currently pursuing a doctorate in Business Management (DBA).
