Introduction
The Master of Biomedical Sciences (MCB) is a research-oriented postgraduate program and has the level of consolidation in the National Register of Quality Postgraduate Programs (PNPC) of CONACYT.
Biomedical sciences are a field of multi and interdisciplinary knowledge whose purpose is to study and investigate pathophysiological processes, from molecular interactions to the dynamic functioning of the organism, through methodologies used in biology, chemistry, and physics, for the development of useful strategies in prevention. , diagnosis, reduction of adverse effects of drugs, and increase in the efficacy of disease treatments. In the country, higher education institutions, research centers, hospitals, government areas, and companies, both in the public and private sectors, demand the incorporation of highly qualified personnel, with leadership to conduct research groups, generate and apply knowledge.
