Introduction
The objective of the Master in Oral Trials is to train professionals of the highest level in the area of oral proceedings, with the capacity to develop activities in teaching and research, as well as to provide legal advice in this field; committed to constantly updating the General Theory of Law, Individual Guarantees and Procedural Constitutional Law, vital in the current judicial process.
The objective of this Master's Degree is for students to reflect and learn that the constitutional reform of the criminal justice system is undoubtedly a task of enormous scope and that therefore, it demands a great effort and extreme care, not only for the Federation and the States that oblige them to issue and enforce, within the scope of their respective competences, the reforms and issuance of new legal orders that are necessary for the adoption of the accusatory system, but also to provide the different actors involved in the criminal procedure, that is, defendants, victims, public prosecutors, defenders (public and applicants) as well as Judges of total legal certainty in the face of the adoption of a criminal process that effectively modifies an entrenched legal culture, as well as redefining and increasing the guarantees provided in this matter; This is why students and legal professionals require instruments that analyze the essential reason of Criminal Procedure Law, in order to understand the needs of the change in the Criminal Procedure System. This requires a well-structured preparation in this field.
