Thanks to screen sharing, tracking cameras, omnidirectional microphones, and digital whiteboards, our hybrid theatres ensure perfect interaction and a free-flowing conversation between people in the classroom and students online.
You may choose the networking experience of being on campus, but if you need to travel for work or personal reasons, you can join your MIRM class online live during your time away.
Or you may opt to stay home away from School and continue working while attending live your Master's class online.
And you can change your option whenever you want.

Study tours are open to participants of the various Masters, Alumni, and, in some cases, representatives of partner companies. Study tours to European destinations include training sessions and meetings with Top Management in companies and production sites.

Career Opportunities
The Career Services department supports each participant from the beginning to the end of the program. The Master has a placement rate of 90% (after 6 months of graduation) largely because the program is designed along with major market players.
Curriculum
The Master in Insurance & Risk Management offers both full-time and part-time options.
The learning is equal across the two formats, and you can choose your own pace to complete it.
- 12-months full-time intense and fast-paced. 8 months of on-campus or online attendance, followed by an internship or other elective activities, and the final thesis.
- 2-years part-time, timeline and course line-up are customized: you will get advice from the MIRM Program Manager on optimizing your Master's schedule.
Both the full-time and part-time options can be followed in the classroom or online. For those studying online, courses are synchronous (live) and run in parallel with the on-campus cohort.
However, there is the possibility of following up to 30% of the sessions on-demand (recorded).
Application period to the 25th edition, starting on 2nd October 2023, is open.
MIRM Phases
The first phase of the Master includes the mandatory Core Section, made up of the Compulsory courses:
- 17 related to technical hard skills;
- 5 dedicated to managerial issues;
- 1 Leadership Dynamics & Accountability course, 1-year-long and focused on soft skills and personal development.
After the Core phase, participants customize the Master by choosing some Elective courses according to aptitudes and aspirations in order to personalize their Master's study plan.
In addition, the program is customizable with various options:

- Study Tours in Europe
At the end you will present a Final Thesis on an topic relating to insurance, finance or risk management, of your choice.
