Introduction
The Master in Human Talent Management responds to the need of organizations that require adequate people management, committed to the development of people towards change management with a view to expanding the capacity to produce positive results. The Master emphasizes the search for requirements to organize with productivity and competitiveness its human resources as a challenge for the future to guarantee business, human and organizational development.
Objective: To train professionals who know the theoretical foundations of human talent and its practical application in the direction and management of organizations, who make efficient resources, forms of organization and operation of companies with skills and competencies to communicate effectively with leadership and ability to make decisions that meet the requirements of sustainability in work environments with strategic thinking and vision to promote productive, creative efficiency and business innovation through the qualitative and quantitative assessment of human talent, with social responsibility and ethical commitment.
