The MS in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Leadership prepares students to meet the increasing demand for DEI professionals who can create inclusive environments in business, non-profit, and educational settings. Studying the challenges to social equity within both the United States and internationally, students will gain skills in leadership strategies to enact meaningful social change. Multiple dimensions of human diversity are addressed through the program’s curriculum, with special attention to (dis)ability, gender/gender identity, language, national origin, race/ethnicity, religion/faith, sexual identity, and socioeconomic class. -

The M.S. in Cultural Foundations of Education is designed to foster and support a fundamental inquiry into the nature of education. Students draw on history, philosophy, sociology and other disciplines to analyze such issues in education as inequality, disability, popular culture, mass media, the philosophy of multiculturalism and racism. -
