Introduction
Goals
This Master's aims at a combination of conceptual knowledge, critical thinking and practical application of the fundamental curricular units related to the administration of companies, organizations or institutions, with the aim of constituting itself as an important instrument in Portuguese academic training. Covering core areas such as Management, Economics, Law and Information Technology, this course aims to develop specialization in functional aspects necessary for the successful internationalization of Portuguese companies.
Specific skills:
- Explain the new trends and perspectives of evolution in the area of entrepreneurship and internationalization;
- Explain, with scientific grounds, the needs of consumers/users from different countries;
- Understand and apply business management processes in an international context;
- Define and evaluate different internationalization strategies;
- Investigate the cultural, political, economic and social specificities of the various international markets;
- Know the major current issues relating to the European Union, especially those related to the economy and trade policy.
Professional Exits
This course aims to continue the specialized training obtained by students at the level of the 1st cycle of studies in the area of Business Sciences, preparing them to effectively exercise the profession of technicians in entrepreneurship and international trade, technicians oriented to develop their activity in national and international organizations and private entities.
